INFORMATION ON THE SELECTION OF THE MOST ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER
As a result of the market research conducted for the provision of consulting services under the COOPACTION project (CE0301181), three offers were received:
- ISNET Association, Via M. D’Azeglio 51, Bologna, Italy;
- ASK DEVELOPMENT, Mirna pot 4, Jagodje, 6310 Izola, Slovenia;
- “Logos” Centrum Edukacyjne, ul. Wyszyńskiego 6 lok. 44, 18-400 Łomża, Poland.
The submitted offers were evaluated in accordance with the criteria specified in the Request for Proposal. The maximum score was 100 points, including:
- clarity of the proposed activities within the service – max. 15 points;
- quality of the proposed activities in relation to the project objectives – max. 15 points;
- previous experience in providing the required services – max. 30 points;
- financial offer – max. 40 points.
Following the evaluation of all submitted offers in accordance with the criteria specified in the Request for Proposal, the offer submitted by:

was selected as the most advantageous offer.
The offer submitted by ISNET Association was assessed as the best overall and most financially advantageous offer among all offers received and was therefore selected for the implementation of the contracted services.
